( PROJECT )
A Digital Infrastructure for Global Growth
( The Story )
Assalam Community Foundation was at a crossroads. Their international children’s summer camp was growing rapidly, but manual coordination was stretching the team to its limit. They needed a system that could scale without losing the personal, trust-based connection that defines the Assalam experience. I stepped in to architect a digital infrastructure that turned operational chaos into a seamless, global onboarding journey.
Phase ( 1 )
( AUDIT & SYSTEM MAPPING )
Reviewed existing communication workflows and identified major operational gaps across parent communication, payments, and logistics.
Mapped the full camper journey : from inquiry to arrival , to identify where automation and structured communication could improve efficiency and trust.
Research highlighted that international parents needed clearer onboarding, safety information, and payment guidance.
This allowed assalam to IMPROVE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY by 60%.
phase ( 2 )
( AUDIT & SYSTEM MAPPING )
Designed and built two automated onboarding sequences in English and Turkish to support the camp’s international audience.
50%
DECREASE IN ADMIN WORKLOAD
All communication was centralised into a trackable lead funnel, reducing confusion and improving response times.
PHASE ( 3 )
( Beyond the Inbox )
Developed a school partnership strategy to introduce the summer camp to local families.
Created presentation materials and delivered pitches to schools, opening a new local market segment and strengthening the foundations community presence.
This outreach helped diversify the camper base and increase regional engagement..
Phase ( 4 )
( The Final Polish )
Refined the onboarding system based on parent feedback and operational needs. Implemented structured communication checkpoints to support:
• Pickup coordination
• Food planning
• Payment tracking
• Parent updates and trust building
These systems allowed the team to manage significantly higher enrolment without increasing administrative workload.
Final growth results below ↓
“The camp finally runs like clockwork. Payments and pick-ups are seamless, and everyone is on the same page without the constant phone calls”
