These Terms & Conditions outline how we work together when you engage Hadisii for services including brand identity, web design, and strategic support. By working with us, you agree to the terms below.

All services are tailored to each client and project. A clear scope of work will be agreed before the project begins. Any additional requests outside of this scope may be subject to additional fees.

Projects require an upfront deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. For larger projects, a split payment structure may be agreed in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Late payments may result in delays to your project or suspension of work.

Due to the time, strategy, and creative work involved, all deposits are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point. No refunds will be issued for completed work or delivered services.

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, agreed at the start. Additional revisions or changes outside of the original scope may incur additional fees.

All concepts, designs, and deliverables remain the property of Hadisii until full payment has been received. Once payment is complete, you will receive the final approved assets for agreed use.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

You agree to provide all required content, information, and feedback in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided (e.g. images, text, logos) do not infringe on third-party rights.

While we aim to deliver high-quality work and strategic outcomes, we do not guarantee specific business results (such as sales, reach, or conversions). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate a project in writing. In such cases, payment will be required for all work completed up to the termination date.
